The following decisions were made & approved regarding the Cemetery Committee:

1)  Primary goals of the Cemetery Committee:

* Identify names of individuals interred in the Cemetery

* Collect collateral data on these individuals thru donations by descendants

* Collect data on cemetery maintenance procedures from neighboring cemeteries

* Support the restoration project of Rutland Center Church & Cemetery

2)  Members of Cemetery Committee:

* Jennifer Ehle, Chairperson

* Joan Gefke

* Joan Wethal

* Becca DuBay

* Eileen (Runey) Fix

* Dawn George, Town Clerk (Jennifer will ask her to be a member)

3)  Other Decisions:

*Correspondence sent to the Rutland Center Church Cemetery Committee
  will be the property of the RCCCC.

*Correspondence/inquiries received re individuals interred in the Cemetery
  will be forwarded to the Chairperson of the Cemetery Committee.

*Genelogical information will be shared with Joan Gefke & Joan Wethal
  to enhance their research on early Rutland settlers.

*Genealogical records received and created by the RCCCC
  will be copied & shared with the Oregon Historical Society on a periodic basis.

4.  Items to be discussed at a later date:

Services that the Committee will provide: suggestions:

* a search of our records (cost $10.00 for less than 30 minutes;
  $20.00 for 30-60 minutes)

* take photograph of tombstone, church & marker (cost: 4-5 photos for $20.00)

* link with other relatives, if permission given

* refer to private genealogical researchers Action needed: prepare order sheet,
  determine mailing address.

*Discussion re terminology: cost vs donation. Can committee charge fees?
