-He cannot meet with us until we're registered.
-He cannot provide restoration advice. Consult a good architect.
-Encourages us to wait until we're registered before doing any work.
-Strongly suggests we prepare long range
plan for full restoration before meeting with him after our nomination is approved and we're registered.

Rutland Center Church completed nomination: National Register of Historic Places Registration Form
The Wisconsin Historical
Society reviewed this document July 16, 2004 and accepted the
property for inclusion in the Wisconsin Registry of Historic
Places. They sent the document on the National Park Service, which also accepted the nomination. The property is now also listed on the National Registry of Historic Places.

Scope of Work/Wish List for the restoration of the Ruland Center Church from the Architecture Network Inc. The Committee will be reviewing this list
in detail in January 2005 in preparation for submitting our
restoration proposal to the Wisconsin State Historical Society.

Annual Report of the Rutland Center Church and Cemetery Committee. This document is to be mailed to the citizens of Rutland Township with their annual tax bills.

Phase One Recommendations from the Architecture Network, Inc. This contains the recommendations for restoring the foundation of the church.
