Exterior

1. Raise the Building and shore it up
2. Excavate the foundation and dig down below the frostline
3. Rebuild the existing stone foundation on a tamped gravel bed.
   Re-grade earth around the building to shed water away from the new foundation
4. Repair 6x6 rim beam where needed
5. Repair and stiffen existing floor joists from below
6. Re-plum exterior walls and reattach to the rim beam
7. Repair and stiffen existing roof rafters
8. Wood repairs on all windows including re-glazing the existing sashes
9. Wood repairs on all exterior trim work/siding, including fascia.
   Freeze and install new water table to shed water off the foundation
10. Repaint all exterior wood
11. Build new front entry porch
12. Shore up existing chimney

Interior

1. Repair all ceiling joists as needed
2. Replace or repair all interior plaster
3. Refinish all interior wood work, including existing pews, windows floors
4. Install new electrical wiring and light fixtures
